Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Simply contact us with your request, including colors, sizes, or styles, and we’ll work with you to create something special. Please note that I do reserve the right to deny a custom or personalized order that does not align with the DKW & CO brand.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Orders usually take 4–5 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. We’ll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order.

What materials do you use?

I primarily utilize superwash merino wool in the creation of my crochet garments and accessories, with a particular emphasis on high-quality yarns such as Malabrigo and Fiber Seed. Malabrigo yarn is known for its exceptionally soft texture, vibrant hand-dyed colorways, and luxurious feel, making it ideal for creating distinctive and unique pieces.

Similarly, Fiber Seed yarn offers superior stitch definition and color consistency, enhancing the overall quality and durability of my handmade items. By incorporating these premium yarns into my work, I ensure that each garment and accessory is both beautiful and enduring

How do I care for my crochet item?

Each item includes care instructions, but generally we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. This helps preserve the shape and longevity of your handmade piece.

What’s your ordering process?

Ordering your handmade crochet piece is simple and personal — just the way it should be. Take a look around and find the item that speaks to you — or reach out with your own idea! Fall & Winter wear (sweaters, cowls) can be ordered August–December. Spring & Summer wear (tanks, short sleeve tops) can be ordered March–July. Complete the ordering form. Once we finalize the details, I’ll send over your total and estimated turnaround time. Payment secures your spot on my hook.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our website. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns are final. Once a pattern has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
