1. Products & Services

We offer handmade crochet items, custom crochet orders, and digital crochet pattern downloads. Each product is crafted with care, and due to their handmade nature, slight variations may occur.

2. Payments

We accept PayPal and credit cards. A non-refundable 75% deposit is required before work begins on any order. Full payment must be received before shipping or digital file delivery.

3. Custom Orders

We welcome custom crochet requests. These require a 75% upfront deposit (non-refundable). Completion time may take up to 5 weeks, depending on complexity and order volume.

4. Digital Patterns

All patterns are digital downloads for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing in any form is strictly prohibited. By purchasing, you agree not to share or forward the files.

5. Shipping

We ship within the U.S. via USPS. Shipping times are in addition to production time. You will receive tracking info once your order ships.

6. Returns & Issue Resolution

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at danitak.washington@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

7. Order Processing

All handmade items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 weeks for completion. You’ll be notified once your item ships.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment

Improper use of digital files

9. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, patterns, images) is the property of DKW & CO. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our site or emailed when necessary.
